Onboarding Postdocs
The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs is the central resource for postdoctoral training at Northwestern University. The office works with Northwestern postdocs, faculty members, and administrators to:
- Provide professional development resources and career advising for postdoctoral fellows at Northwestern
- Build a strong and interactive postdoctoral community
- Advise on postdoctoral training policies and guidelines
The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs will be overhauling its postdoc onboarding support in 2019–20, including the creation of a welcome kit and the launch of quarterly orientations for new postdoctoral fellows. More information on these new resources will be shared with administrators this fall and posted on this page.
