Postdoctoral Training Opportunity - Cancer Therapeutics
The Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine research group of Karla Satchell, Professor of Microbiology-Immunology, is seeking a postdoctoral trainee to work on advanced development of a therapeutic that targets tumor growth. Ideal candidates should have demonstrated experience through graduate studies in cell biology and signaling and must have prior experience with xenograft models to test cancer therapeutics.

The position is available immediately. This position is open to candidates with prior postdoctoral experience seeking to broaden their resume to include translational development. This project was recently funded with an immediate start date, and cannot accommodate a timeline needed for international applicants, so applicants requiring visas to work in the United States will not be considered.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have completed a PhD
- Must have experience in the relevant areas of cancer, cancer signaling, and tumor models
- Must have a record of publications from PhD research. Applicants without first author publications will not be considered
- Must be able to provide a letter of recommendation from a current mentor
