Postdoctoral Training Opportunity - Stem Cell Core, iPSC-based Models
The Stem Cell Core Facility, directed Dr. Evangelos Kiskinis and Dr. Angel Alvarez at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, is looking for outstanding postdoctoral candidates to join their lab.
The broad objective of the Stem Cell Core facility is to engage scientists at Northwestern University and the greater Chicago Biomedical Consortium and enable them to do stem cell-based research. They are particularly focused on developing iPSC-based models of diseases.
Applicants should have:
- A PhD or equivalent doctoral degree with at least 3 years of proven research experience
- At least one first author publication
- Expertise in CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing, molecular biology, cell culture and stem cell biology are highly favorable.
